You may have specified more than one shipping address in your account information. The default shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select another shipping address for this order. To select your default shipping address visit "My Account" > "Address Book." From there click "Edit Address" on the address you would like to use, check the "Use as my default billing address" and/or "Use as my default shipping address" boxes and save the form.
Yes. You can specify as many shipping addresses as you want
Vist the "Address Book" section of the My Account page. From there you may click on the "Add New Address" button. Complete and submit the form to add the address to your account. Additionally you will be presnted with the option of adding an address during the checkout process.
No. You cannot delete any address but you could change it by editing it.
Visit the "Address Book" section of My Account and click edit on the address you would like to update.
To check the status of an order, go to My Account and then Account Dashboard where a list of orders is presented. Click on the "view order" link to review order details.
To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service executive either by mail or through telephone and they will give you further information.

No. If you already have an account with us, contact our Customer Service; they will give you your login name and password. You can login and then change your password.
Before you place an order with us, you must register with us. We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up not more than a few minutes of your time. Once you have registered with us, you need not give your address and credit card details on future visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us.
If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password link in the Account login page. A new password will be generated and e-mailed to you which you may login with. You may then change your password from the "Account Information" page of My Account.
To change your password go to the "Account Information" page of the My Account section. From there check the "Change Password" box and fill out the appropriate fields then save the form.
