Return Policy

If you need to exchange or return an item, please contact us for complete instructions and an RMA number. All returns require an RMA number and will not be accepted without one.

New, Unopened Items in Original Packaging:

  • New, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days.
  • Returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

Opened Items:

  • Contact us for authorization before attempting to return any item that is not in its original condition, or is missing packaging or parts.
  • If we accept the return, it will incur a restocking fee of up to 50%, depending on condition.
  • Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

Defective Items:

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact our Technical Support department within 15 days to arrange a replacement.
  • In some cases it may be necessary to return the item to DiscountID for evaluation to determine the type of failure or defect. As long as the item is under warranty and/or failed due to manufacture defect we will credit you for return shipping and ship your replacement item for free.
