A dual high and low-coercivity magnetic stripe encoder comes with this version of the Magicard Rio 2e, making it even easier for you to create gorgeous time, access or membership cards. The Rio 2e's high-coercivity magnetic stripes won't be easily demagnetized, but they will add another level of use to your cards.
To secure your cards, the Magicard Rio 2e furnishes every card with a standard Holokote watermark that cannot be duplicated. You may choose to disable this function, or you may upgrade to a Holokote Custom Key, which both allows you to create your own custom watermark and lock your printer to deter unauthorized users.
