The Magicard Tango +L is a high-security card printer that meets the strict requirements of government and corporate ID programs. Amongst its many advanced features, this model offers magnetic stripe encoding, dual-sided printing, lamination, and Magicard's patented HoloKote secure watermark system. With mag stripe encoding, you can produce secure multifunctional cards for a wide variety of ID applications.
The Tango +L is an extremely fast printer. It can print both card sides, while adding lamination and a watermark, all in a single pass. Dual-sided printing not only saves time, it also lets you include unique info on both the front and the back of your cards. With a built-in laminator, the Tango +L produces highly secure and durable cards. Lamination extends card life, and offers strong protection against tampering.
Also helping to increase card security is the HoloKote watermark system included with the Magicard Tango +L. With HoloKote, you can add a secure watermark pattern across the surface of each printed card at no extra cost. HoloKote, when combined with lamination, makes it virtually impossible to tamper with your cards, or make illegal duplications. The Tango +L lets you customize your watermark with your own logo and text (call for details). This Custom HoloKote Key is included with the printer. For added flexibility, the printer supports HoloKote Flex which lets you control the size and positioning of your custom watermark. If you like, you can also order Holopatch cards that highlight a portion of your watermark as a highly visible gold seal.
Versatility is another major attribute of the Magicard Tango +L. This is a printer that can meet the needs of card programs both large and small. It's especially ideal for networked settings because it includes built-in USB and Ethernet interfaces. Simply plug the printer into your network like you would any other network device, and multiple users can access it at the same time from different locations.
