Unique Double-Sided Construction
What's the difference between a standard single-sided printer and its
double-sided upgrade? Usually, it involves distinct differences in the
printer's construction and the printing process - but not with the
Magicard Enduro. The difference between the Enduro Duo and the
single-sided Enduro is subtle.
The single-sided and double-sided Enduro printers have exactly the same
parts. An RFID chip embedded in the Enduro determines whether it prints
single or double-sided cards. Along with making upgrades much easier, the
innovative RFID chip allows for more versatility when it comes to
choosing a printer. The dual-sided Enduro prints a full color, double
sided card in just over a minute (monochrome cards only take 15
seconds!).
Print Secure Cards with Ease
Visual security on ID cards can make a huge difference when it comes
to maintaining security and preventing counterfeited cards. Magicard
equips many of their printers, including the dual-sided Enduro, with its
innovative visual security features, HoloKote and HoloPatch. HoloKote, a
holographic overlaminate, helps extend the life of a printed card and
prevents counterfeiting and card tampering. Working in concert with
Holokote overlaminate is HoloPatch, a distinct gold patch - embedded in
the card and impossible to replicate. When HoloPatch cards are used with
HoloKote overlaminates, the gold patch illuminates a secure logo on the
HoloKote overlaminate, making the card easy to identify and
simultaneously extremely difficult to duplicate.
