The Magicard Alto ID card printer weighs in at seven pounds, which makes it the lightest, smallest full color ID card printer on the market. Its compact size makes it ideal for desk or countertop use, as well as trade shows, conventions, outdoor festivals and other temporary events where security may be a concern. That's why the Magicard Alto prints a standard Holokote watermark across the entire card. If you wish, you can incorporate a custom security-text watermark when you order the Alto Custom Key Card. The optional Alto Custom Key may be specified with a print control function that will allow printing only when the Key is present.

With a print speed of 30 seconds per single-sided color card and 6 seconds per monochrome card, the Magicard Alto is ideal for smaller print jobs. It even offers an optional magnetic stripe encoder perfect for creating retail gift or loyalty cards, handsome employee time cards, keeping track of student meal plans, access cards and attendance cards. The Magicard Alto includes Asure ID Solo ID card software that holds up to 200 individual records. With the Magicard Alto, great things really do come in small packages.
