A neat little package

If you want to get started printing cards right away, this complete ID card printer package contains everything you�ll need�starting with a Fargo DTC525 double-sided card printer. Print crisp color cards at a rate of 35 seconds per double-sided card. Should you choose to purchase a dual high and low-coercivity magnetic stripe encoder for an additional $599, the Fargo DTC525 prints and encodes in one pass. A dual card input hopper lets you print two different types and/or thicknesses of cards. Each hopper can hold a maximum of 100 cards apiece.

Don't fear fraud

The Fargo DTC525 comes with several security features that guard against unauthorized users printing illegitimate ID cards. A card hopper lock and a printer key card make sure that you can feel good about leaving your printer unattended. And for an additional $2995, you may add a lamination module to your DTC525. If you�re concerned about security, lamination makes your cards more difficult to tamper with�and if you add a holographic overlay, you can stop fretting about fraud. Use the standard globe hologram, or choose your own image and custom order your holographic laminate. Plus, the cards you print will last much longer than they would without a protective coating.

Sensational software

AlphaCard Express CardFive Classic software provides a variety of design tools and options so that you can create your ID badges, membership cards, loyalty cards or key cards without frustration. CardFive Classic offers 17 different types of barcodes, simple image import and Twain image acquisition, unit display in both centimeters and inches, the ability to use any Windows driver and works in several languages (manuals come in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portugese).
