The Fargo DTC4500 is a flexible direct-to-card printer that produces full-color cards with edge-to-edge printing. A unique feature of the DTC4500 is its ability to print on several card types. It can print on standard cards as well as thin cards and technology cards. And if you’re looking to save on supply costs and reduce waste, the DTC4500 can also print on rewritable cards that can be erased and reused again and again.

The printer’s modular design allows the DTC4500 to be upgraded in-field should your ID program grow to require dual-sided printing or magnetic stripe encoding. You can even add a lamination module to extend the life of your program’s ID cards. Available with either clear or custom holographic overlaminates, adding lamination makes ID cards secure and durable, protecting against tampering and everyday wear and tear.
