The Fargo DTC4000 is an easy to use and versatile ID card printer. With several field upgrade options available, the DTC4000 can evolve with the growing needs of a card program. Optional modules include encoding and rewriting of magnetic stripes, contact and contactless smart cards. Also available for field upgrade is dual-sided printing, Ethernet connectivity and a high-capacity card hopper.

A compact and intuitive design means the DTC4000 integrates effortlessly into an office. Ease of use is further enhanced with easy to replace ink cartridges and SmartScreen graphical display.

The Fargo DTC4000 can print fluorescent ink to increase visual authenticity of ID cards. Fluorescent images or text on can only be viewed with a UV source, such as a black light. In addition to the printer, everything needed to start a photo ID program is included: Fargo DTC4000 printer, AlphaCard Light ID card software, photo ID camera, printer ribbon and blank ID cards.
