The Fargo DTC300 color ID card printer is designed to produce exquisite results without burdening you with a long learning curve. Ideal for small to medium sized organizations, the Fargo DTC300 uses self-cleaning ribbon cartridges and an LCD control panel with clear prompts for ease of use. The Fargo DTC300 features direct-to-card printing, which works best for mid-level security applications. It is meant for K-12 school IDs, membership cards, gift cards or loyalty cards, and it is possible to integrate your ID cards with your existing human resources, time clock, access control and visitor management systems.
This printer offers field-upgradeable magnetic stripe encoding and double-sided printing, which means that those features may be installed whenever they become necessary. Its 100-card input hopper let you print large quantities of cards at once without constantly supervising the printer, and you may upgrade the 30-card output hopper to a 100-card output hopper with ease. Its print speed ranges from 27 to 35 seconds per color card (depending on print ribbon).
