  • Custom drop-down lists are great for fields with limited options such as salutations (Mr./Ms./Mrs.), states, gender, yes/no answers, etc. Adding a drop-down list to a card database ensures accuracy when new entries are added, or current entries are edited.
  • In the same vein, AlphaCard Professional's advanced field formatting feature, which allows users to override individual field format to fit a certain master format. Field formatting controls ensure that all cards are identical and can prevent counterfeit attempts.
  • Batch upgrades allow users to perform mass database changes simultaneously. This is a great option for schools and universities.

Easy Print Security Measures

In addition to embedded security options like magnetic stripe encoding, AlphaCard Enterprise includes a watermark feature which, when used, can help reduce threats of tampering and counterfeiting. Watermarks are images layered over the top of an ID card which are difficult to reproduce.
